Glizzy Growth

The practice

One engagement, one system

Glizzy Growth is one practice with one deliverable: a commercial system that other people can run. The work spans architecture, outbound infrastructure, AI-accelerated operations, revenue operations, day to day pipeline operations and automated agents. Those are not six products. They are the layers of the same machine, and treating them separately is how companies end up with tools that each work and a motion that does not.

Engagements begin with arithmetic rather than opinion. Raw exports, funnel math, and median time in stage. The constraint is identified before anything is designed, and the design is written down before anything is built.

Current engagement

FF90

Founder Freedom in 90 Days

We identify and remove the operational dependencies that keep your agency unnecessarily tied to you.

This is the way to work with me right now. Ninety days: observation and diagnosis, implementation, then stabilization under real conditions. $10,000 / 90 days.

Capabilities used inside the engagement

FF90 may involve process architecture, automation, AI, reporting, systems design or team operations. Those are tools used to solve the operating problem, not separate products. What follows is the depth behind each of them.

01

GTM systems architecture

The end to end path from raw market data to closed revenue, designed as one system with defined states and owners.

Architecture is the part most teams skip because it produces a document rather than a dashboard. It is also the part that determines whether everything downstream compounds or merely runs. The output is a map of every stage, tool, handoff and data object, with the decision made at each stage, the states a record can occupy, the owner of the rule, and the behaviour when the input is wrong.

The test of a good architecture is not elegance. It is that a new operator can read it and execute, and that when a number moves you can point at the stage responsible.

System map
One diagram of stages, tools, handoffs and data objects, with owners and failure points marked.
Data contracts
Defined fields, sources, precedence, refresh cadence and quality thresholds so automation can trust its inputs.
Definitions
Qualified account, reply category, stage entry and exit criteria, written once and applied everywhere.
Runbooks
Execution documentation precise enough that the motion survives a departure.

02

Outbound infrastructure

Data, sending and deliverability built as infrastructure with capacity limits, monitoring and defined degradation behaviour.

Outbound stops being a growth channel and starts being infrastructure somewhere around the point where volume exceeds what one person can inspect. Past that line, reputation has to be distributed across independent sending units, each unit needs a volume ceiling, and threshold breaches need to throttle automatically rather than being noticed in a weekly review.

The data side is the same discipline pointed upstream. Sourcing precedence, enrichment coverage, validation gates before entry rather than bounce analysis afterwards, deduplication with a rule for which record wins, and suppression that is enforced by the pipeline instead of remembered by a person.

Sending units
Domain and mailbox topology with isolated reputation, per unit ceilings and automated throttling.
Data pipeline
Sourcing, enrichment, validation, dedupe and suppression applied in one path with visible rejects.
Monitoring
Placement, bounce and complaint signals measured per unit and per cohort, with thresholds that trigger action.

03

AI-accelerated operations

AI applied to defined steps inside a working system, with quality gates and a fallback when the input is thin.

AI is leverage applied to a system. It is not a strategy, and it does not repair an undefined process. Given a thin record, a model will write a confident sentence about nothing, at volume, with no awareness that it should have stopped.

So the work is unglamorous and specific. Identify the steps where judgement is repetitive and the input is structured. Define the input bar, the output format, the fallback when the bar is not met, and the check that runs before anything reaches a prospect. Then measure the step, not the technology.

Candidate steps
Research summarisation, variant drafting, reply classification, list QA, call note structuring.
Quality gates
Field fill requirements, format validation, and a defined fallback path when input quality is insufficient.
Measurement
Per step accuracy and human intervention rate, so the decision to expand or roll back is evidential.

04

RevOps architecture

The CRM as an accurate record of state, with stage criteria, routing and hygiene enforced by the system.

A CRM nobody trusts is not a tooling problem. It is the visible result of stage definitions that do not have exit criteria and fields that are optional. The symptom is always the same: forecast reviews become arguments about the meaning of words, and any real question requires a manual export.

The work here is object model, stage definitions with entry and exit criteria, required fields tied to those criteria, routing rules with an owner, and enforcement that happens at write time rather than in a quarterly cleanup.

Object model
Accounts, contacts, opportunities and activity related the way the business actually operates.
Stage discipline
Entry and exit criteria per stage, so pipeline reporting means one thing.
Hygiene enforcement
Validation, required fields and alerts at the point of entry instead of retrospective cleanup.

05

Pipeline operations

Running the motion day to day: reply handling, calling discipline, latency, and a review cadence with authority to change rules.

Most programs do not fail on design. They fail on latency and exception handling. Interest arrives, waits two days, and stops being interest. An ambiguous reply has no owner, so it accumulates. A dial list is rebuilt each morning by feel, which means the input to the most expensive channel in the company is undefined.

Operations means reply categories with target response times and owners, dispositions that cannot be chosen interchangeably, three numbers per stage reported without manual assembly, and a weekly review where someone with authority changes a rule rather than restating a goal.

Reply system
Categories, target response times, owners and next states, including the ambiguous cases.
Calling discipline
Rule-built dial lists, mutually exclusive dispositions, cadence tied to signal.
Instrumentation
Volume, conversion and median latency per stage, by cohort, produced automatically.

06

Agents and automation

Automated execution of steps that already have defined states, owners and exception paths.

An agent is a process that acts without being asked. That is only safe where the process is already defined, because automation makes an undefined process fail faster and more quietly than a person would. Giving an agent a broken process means the process can now break without supervision.

Where the conditions are met, agents are genuinely useful: enrichment and validation loops, list assembly against written rules, reply triage into defined categories, CRM hygiene repair, and monitoring that escalates on threshold breach. Each one gets a scope, a permission boundary, an audit trail and a kill switch.

Preconditions
Defined states, an owner, an exception path and instrumentation. No preconditions, no agent.
Boundaries
Explicit scope, least privilege access, audit logging and a documented stop procedure.
Escalation
Every ambiguous case reaches a named human within a defined window.

How engagements run

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

Raw exports and funnel arithmetic. Volume, conversion and median latency per stage, cohorted. Output is a written statement of the binding constraint.

  2. 02

    Architecture

The target system on paper: stages, decisions, states, owners, exception paths, instrumentation and sequencing. Tools are selected last.

  3. 03

    Build

Implemented in slices that each produce measurable output. No long rebuild with a reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Run or hand over

Either the motion is operated directly, or it is documented and transferred until the internal team runs it without support.

08

Fit

  • B2B companies with a working offer that have outgrown ad hoc prospecting
  • Founders whose pipeline still depends on their own attention
  • Revenue leaders inheriting a stack that nobody can explain end to end
  • Teams where adding headcount no longer adds proportional pipeline
  • Agencies that need the infrastructure layer behind what they sell

Not a fit

  • Pre offer companies still looking for product market fit
  • One-off campaign execution with no interest in the underlying system
  • Engagements where the architecture cannot change the CRM or the cadence
