Offer framing, segment selection, channel economics, capacity planning against a revenue target.

Automation and APIs

Orchestration between data providers, sending platforms, CRM and internal tooling. Built to be inspected.

Data infrastructure

Sourcing, enrichment, validation, deduplication, freshness policy, and the contracts downstream systems depend on.

AI workflows

Narrow, evaluated model use inside production workflows, with logging and human review where errors are costly.

Process design

Stage definitions, SLAs, routing, escalation, review cadence. The parts that decide whether a tool matters.

Team operations

Runbooks, onboarding, decision rights and the operating model that keeps the system running without heroics.

Designing operating models where none exist yet

The hardest engagements are not the ones with a broken system. They are the ones with no system at all, where revenue exists because a few people are working unusually hard and nothing about that is transferable.

That work means writing the first definitions, choosing the first interfaces, deciding what gets measured, and building enough of it to prove the design holds before anyone hires against it. It is deliberately unglamorous and it is the difference between a company that can scale a motion and a company that can only repeat an effort.
